  • What are the business hours?
    I work on my orders Monday - Friday. Hours 6pm-11:30pm. Saturday 12pm-5pm, Sundays- CLOSED! Still submit your order request and will get your invoice to you right away!
  • How long does it take to get my order?
    Orders are to be shipped out within 5-10 business days once invoice is submitted and payment is received in order.
  • Can I get a refund?
    No refunds allowed, If you have paid for your order and if I have not pressed your shirt yet you may change your print,size or color upon approval. Once package is received no returns allowed or exchanges.If you have paid for your order and have decided you would like to wait for new print ideas your payment can be placed as credit until you have chosen your satisfied print only upon approval and a confirmation number that will be provided for hold on store credit. Please feel free to submit an email with any concerns.
  • How do I add a new question & answer?
    To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.
  • Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?
    Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
  • How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?
    You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
